§ 1.

§ 02 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CITATION POLICY

§ 2.1
Submission and Copyright Agreement

Authors submitting to the Verdict Voices Law Journal warrant that their work is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. Upon acceptance, contributors grant the Journal the perpetual and exclusive right to publish, reproduce, and digitally archive the manuscript globally. The Journal manages the preservation of the work's academic record, maintaining full rights over the specific editorial typesetting and design that characterize the final published version which appears in our archives.

§ 2.2
Authorial Integrity and Moral Rights

While publishing rights are granted to the Journal, authors retain moral rights, including the right to be properly identified as the creator of the work. Contributors may utilize their research for internal educational use or within personal scholarly portfolios, provided the original publication in the Verdict Voices Law Journal is explicitly acknowledged. Redistribution through secondary commercial repositories is strictly prohibited unless formal written consent is issued by the Board of Editors.

§ 2.3
Mandatory Citation and Referencing Standards

All references to content within this Journal must accurately follow the Bluebook (21st Ed) formatting style. Proper attribution must include the author's name, the full title of the article, the specific volume and issue, and the unique identifier provided by Verdict Voices. We monitor digital footprints to prevent the unauthorized scraping of our legal database, and any violation of these attribution protocols will be subject to enforcement under prevailing international copyright legislation.

§ 03 Ethics

3.1 SUBMISSION POLICY & AUTHOR DECLARATIONS: Authors must certify that manuscripts are original, have not been published previously, and are not concurrently under review elsewhere. Declarations of interest and funding sources are required upon submission to maintain transparency within legal scholarship.

 

3.2 PEER REVIEW & EDITORIAL DISCRETION: The Journal employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review system. The Editorial Board retains absolute discretion to refuse publications based on scholarly relevance, methodological soundness, or stylistic alignment. All feedback provided is confidential and intended for academic refinement.

The Editorial Board reserves the unilateral right to amend these operational standards. Revisions take effect immediately upon digital publication.
